Due to the specialized nature of our decanted fragrances and for hygiene reasons, we offer a 30-day return policy on unopened full-sized bottles, while all hand-poured samples and travel sprays are final sale. We strive to ensure your olfactory journey is seamless, providing dedicated support for any items damaged during transit.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is a full-sized retail bottle in its original, unopened cellophane packaging, as we cannot accept returns on decanted samples or used products.

  Contact Support

  Email our concierge team with your order number and a brief explanation of the return request to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack Securely

  Carefully package the item in its original shipping box with sufficient padding to prevent breakage, clearly marking the RMA number on the exterior of the package.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send your return using a trackable shipping service; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
